Th77 Terms and Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by th77 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms take effect from the date you first access the Platform or register an account, whichever is earlier.

Continued use of the th77 Platform after any amendments to these Terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease using the th77 Platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion- or game-specific terms that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall take precedence over other documents unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use th77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a geographic region where use of this platform is illegal or restricted.
• Not having been directed by any authority to restrict yourself from gambling activities.

Th77 reserves the right to conduct age checks and identity verification at any time. Accounts found not meeting the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and the account balance will be subject to further investigation.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at th77. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identity card, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. This information is used for the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which must be completed before your first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. th77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

The account verification (KYC) process requires you to submit a copy of a valid identity document such as a MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. th77 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Th77 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and domestic bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account within seconds after payment is successfully confirmed by the payment provider. th77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The maximum daily deposit amount is subject to limits set according to your account level.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for supported payment methods. Withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits may require additional identity verification before processing. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in situations that receive special approval from our finance team.

• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
• Th77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes.
• Suspicious withdrawal requests will be referred to the compliance unit for investigation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Th77 offers various promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements as specifically stated in the respective promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

By using the th77 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable game rules. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical issue during a game session, th77 will review the game logs and make a decision based on accurate system records. th77's decision in such matters is final.

• The minimum and maximum wagers for each game are stated within the game interface.
• Wins will be automatically credited to your account after each round or game is completed.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or system malfunction are void and cannot be claimed.
• Th77 reserves the right to void wagers placed during a service disruption and return the original stake to the player's account.

7 Player Conduct

Th77 is committed to providing a safe and respectful gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

• Using another person's account information without their consent.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Th77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time with or without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by a relevant authority.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting th77's support team. Prior to account closure, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be fulfilled, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal once KYC verification is completed.
